Bicycle Design

The bicycle, at its core, is a machine of pure function. And with the advent of the Safety Bicycle a century ago, the diamond frame soon followed, thus creating an incredible fusion of function and form in undeniably elegant efficiency that continues to this day. With modern materials and componentry, we have expanded both capabilities greatly. The question is, can we shift the paradigm again with design? With beauty in design? I believe we can.
